Discovery Call (15 minutes | Free)

A brief, no-pressure call to explore what you’re looking for and see if Nutrition Simplified feels like the right fit. We’ll talk through your concerns, answer initial questions, and help you decide on next steps. No commitment required.

Initial Nutrition Consultation (60 minutes)

This first session is a space to slow down and look at the full picture. We’ll review your health history, current challenges, and goals, and work together to create a realistic, supportive plan that fits your life. You’ll leave with clear guidance, practical next steps, and a better understanding of how nutrition can support your wellbeing—without restriction or overwhelm.

30-Minute Follow-Up Session

A shorter check-in designed to support progress between sessions. We’ll review how things have been going, address any questions or challenges that have come up, and make small, meaningful adjustments to your plan. This session is ideal if you’re looking for guidance, reassurance, or help staying aligned with your goals.

60-Minute Follow-Up Session

A deeper follow-up session that allows more time to explore progress, challenges, and evolving needs. Together, we’ll reflect on what’s working, troubleshoot barriers, and refine your approach so it continues to feel supportive and sustainable. This session is well suited for more complex concerns or when you want extra space for education, problem-solving, and planning.

Grocery Store Tour (60 minutes | In person)

A private, guided grocery store tour designed to help you feel more confident navigating food choices in real life. We’ll walk through labels, ingredients, and everyday decisions—answering your questions and tailoring guidance to your needs, preferences, and goals.

Available in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, and Spruce Grove.
